Strawberry brownies combine the chewy richness of classic brownies with the vibrant flavor of strawberries, making for an easy and delicious treat. Made with strawberry cake mix, eggs, and oil, these are perfect for any occasion and can be prepared in under 30 minutes with minimal effort.

  • 1 box of strawberry cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for added flavor)

  • ½ cup white chocolate chips 
  • ¼ cup cream cheese frosting for topping
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line or grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla (if using), until smooth.
  • Fold in white chocolate chips, if desired.
  • Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes, until edges are set and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  • Cool completely, then slice and, if desired, top with frosting or powdered sugar before serving.

 

Notes

For fudgy brownies, bake for 18 minutes or less; for cake-like brownies, bake for up to 22 minutes. Avoid overmixing for the best texture. Store airtight at room temperature up to 3 days, refrigerate for 1 week, or freeze up to 3 months. Add-ins and swaps are welcome.
